The third key is self-management.
A lot of people have great difficulty allowing themselves to experience a diverse range of emotions.
Often, you’ll limit yourself to just a few emotions you know, that are acceptable to others.
However, life is so much more when you’re willing to master your emotions and experience what is sometimes referred to as ‘emotional agility’.
In doing this, you’re able to appropriately express and accept a wide range of emotions within yourself and in others.
You learn to be vulnerable; to have the courage to allow your heart to be present.
You learn to trust your emotional experience and bring it into your relationships so they become richer, deeper and more empathic.
