This day provides the perfect antidote to busyness.
It’s time to let down, let go and simply enjoy a slow day.
There will be meditation, chanting, gentle stretching and breathing – all designed to soften and relax your body, mind, soul and spirit.
We will also be having a little fun with some creative self-expression to ground and integrate your experience.
